Mary Lou Repine

Mary Lou Repine, 83, of Panama, NY, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at UPMC Chautauqua. Born in Ashville, NY, on January 11, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Miller, Sr. and Jessie (Eddy) Ecker. Mary spent all of her life in the area, attending schools and getting her GED in 1978. She enjoyed raising her family and helped raise her grandson. She was formerly employed at Automatic Voting Machine in Jamestown where she was an assembler for 18 years She also had worked for Lexington Die Cast in Lakewood where she retired in 1993, Jamesway Lunch Counter in Lakewood, Big N Lunch Counter in Jamestown, and Satellite Bowling Alley and Davidsons in Lakewood where she was a waitress and cook. Mary enjoyed raising birds and bowling and attended Watts Flatts Church.

Surviving are her husband, Frank Repine of Panama, NY; 2 daughters, Kimberly (Tim) Courtney of Sugar Grove, PA, and LuAnne (Ben) Russell of Panama, NY; a stepdaughter, Nancy (Daniel) Crissman of Panama, NY; 2 Sisters, Rosalie (Don) Miller of North Carolina and Debra (Gary) Schenburg of Titusville, PA.; a stepsister, Nancy Lazeski; 10 grandchildren, Jessica Chapman, Christopher McCool, Jim Russell, Bob Russell, Shelby Cali, William Phillips, Frederick Blanchard, Nikki Blanchard, Sheila Crissman, and Charles Crissman; 27 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Harold Allen Yager; a daughter, Rolinda Phillips; her stepfather, Lyle Eker, Sr.; 2 brothers, Gerald Miller, Jr. and Richard Miller; a sister, Marilyn Miller Hilt; 2 step brothers, Lyle and Gary Eker; and a stepsister, Mary Lou McQuay.

Friends will be received on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 11 1 pm at the Sugar Grove Branch of McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. where a funeral and committal service will follow at 1 pm with Rev. Warren VanDewark, pastor of the Watts Flatts Church officiating. Interment will be in Open Meadows Cemetery Ashville, NY.
