Kenneth Goldthwaite

Kenneth Craig Goldthwaite, 70, of Sheffield, passed away on Saturday evening, June 8, at the Warren Manor. He was born on October 9, 1948, to the late Robert and Pearl Goldthwaite. He was a graduate of Sheffield High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Navy.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 241, Farrah Grotto, Coudersport Consistory, and a lifetime member of the Sheffield VFW Post 8755.

Ken is survived by his loving wife Daphne, who was his caretaker for the past 17 years; his son Scott and his wife Amy of Emlenton and their children Ryleigh & Kolby; his daughter Kristi and her friend Andrew Cauley and his daughter Anastasia of Sheffield; his brothers, Robert Goldthwaite and wife Irene of Chicago and Lee Goldthwaite and wife Rita of Sheffield; his brother-in-law Chad (Trudi) Grosch of Maryland; his sister-in-law Wendie (Carter) McDonald of Clarendon; sister-in-law Linda Goldthwaite of Sheffield, and by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Carolyn Miller, and a brother Joseph Goldthwaite. The family will welcome friends and family from 68 pm on Tuesday, June 11 at the Borden Funeral Home of Sheffield. Masonic services will be held at 7:45 pm on Tuesday at the Borden Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the Sheffield United Methodist Church with Pastor Douglas Brink officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Sheffield VFW Post 8755 Honor Guard. Memorial donations may be made to the Sheffield Ambulance Services, Hospice of Warren County, or Sheffield Sports Boosters.
