A private funeral service for Coach Michael Wayne Phillips, 71, of Warren, PA., who died Saturday, June 8, 2019 was conducted Friday, June 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Burfoot “Buddy” Ward, Pastor of the North Warren Presbyterian Church, officiating. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the former Irvinedale Elementary School.
