Sandra L. Doutt, 79, of Maple Avenue and formerly of Baker Hill Rd, Corry, Pa.., died Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at her home.

She was born April 24, 1940 in Rogertown, Mead Township, Pa., a daughter of the late Earl and Leatha Bauer Culbertson.

As a young girl, Sandy lived in several different locations before her family settled in the Carter Hill area of Corry. After graduating from Corry High School in 1959, she worked at Michael’s Restaurant in North East. Following her marriage, her main priority was raising and caring for her family. She and her husband had lived in their Baker Hill home from 1962 until Sandy moved to Corry in 2016.

Sandy was a member of the Brown Hill Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church in Youngsville, Pa. She taught Sunday school, vacation bible school and helped with the youth groups at Blue Eye and Brown Hill Churches. She enjoyed crafts and making Christmas and Easter decorations. In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death on September 7, 2015 by her husband, David A. Doutt, whom she married April 29, 1961 in Wattsburg, Pa.; a brother, Allen Culbertson, and a soninlaw, Bradley Anthony.

Sandy is survived by a daughter, Patricia Anthony of Pittsfield, Pa.; two sons, Steven Doutt Sr and his wife Theresa and Larry Doutt, all of Corry, Pa.; a sister, Donna Malek and her husband Edward of Pittsfield, Pa.; and two brothers, Earl Culbertson and his wife Lois of Shelby, N.C., and Robert Culbertson and his wife Donna Marie of Youngsville, Pa., and former daughterinlaw, Panda Doutt of Georgia.

She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends were invited to call at the Bracken Funeral Home, Inc., 315 N. Center St., Corry, Pa., on Friday, May 10, from 4 p.m. until the time of the funeral service there at 6 p.m. Rev. Collin Fyock officiated.

Burial was in Concord Cemetery, Corry, Pa.
