Thursday arraignment proceedings

The following pleas were entered during arraignment and change of plea proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants pled guilty:

¯ Michael J. Bradish, Warren, to charges at four dockets. At one, he pled guilty to DUI: Combined alcohol and drug or combination of drugs – second offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, driving on right side of roadway and drive on sidewalk were not prosecuted. At a second, he pled guilty to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – third offense. Charges of DUI: High rate of alcohol – third offense and driving unregistered vehicle were not prosecuted. At a third docket, he entered a guilty plea to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – refusal – second offense, driving unregistered vehicle, careless driving and institutional vandalism. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – fourth offense, accident with damage to attended vehicle/property, obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, resisting arrest or other law enforcement and restriction on alcoholic beverage were not prosecuted. A sole count at a fourth docket of resisting arrest or other law enforcement was not prosecuted.

¯ Nathan D. Ruby, Warren, to simple assault and criminal mischief damage property intent, reckless or negligent. Charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct engage in fighting were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

¯ Charles A. Bailor, Warren. Bailor has been charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver, intentionally/knowingly fails to relinquish firearm/weapon to sheriff required by order and criminal use of a communications facility.

¯ Lorn R. Champlin, Jr., Sheffield. Champlin has been charged with furnish drug free urine – unlawful sale/attempt.

¯ Chris K. Denning, Youngsville. Denning has been charged with smell/inhale toxic releasing substances and disorderly conduct.

¯ Christian S. Iverson, Garland. Iverson has been charged with intimidate witness/victim false/misleading testimony.

¯ Michael J. Marshall, Warren. Marshall has been charged with possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy engaging – possession with intent to deliver, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Randall T. Rockwell, Warren. Rockwell has been charged with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, reckless driving, fail to keep right and driving at safe speed.

¯ Robert T. Sanders, Sugar Grove. Sanders has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, contraband/inmate.

¯ Charles J. Watters, Tidioute. Watters has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana – small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs – first offense, driving unregistered vehicle, disregard traffic lane, duties at stop sign and careless driving.
