Linda Dickson

Linda Lucille (Clinger) Dickson, 70 of Springfield Township, Grove City, passed away at UPMC Shadyside on April 22, 2019. Linda was born in Warren, PA on August 25, 1948 to Arlene McLaughlin Clinger and the late John Clinger. She worked for many years as a budget clerk for Peoples gas.

Linda was a very active member of the Lady Worth Rebekah Lodge #328 in Sandy Lake and was very dedicated to the lodge. She served in many different positions over her 50 years of membership, even being employed by the Grand Lodge.

Linda was also a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Grove City. She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved family, especially her “Grandpuppies”.

In addition to her mother, Linda is survived by her sons, Alan “Pete” Dickson, and Steve Dickson and wife Libby, all of Grove City, grandchildren Karrie McKinney and husband Keith of Grove City, Peter Dickson of Grove City, and Zo’ Adele of Ann Arbor, MI, brother John Clinger and wife Rina of Tidioute, PA, sisters Marie Rottman of Grove City, Deborah Roofner and husband Chris of Pleasantville, PA, and Kristi Clinger of Corry, PA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Fairchild.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.

There will be no public visitation as per Linda’s wishes.
