Delores Fulton
Delores F. “Dee” Fulton, 84, of 103 Via De La Reina, Merritt Island, Florida, died Thursday evening, May 10, 2018 at Health FirstCape Canaveral Hospital, Cocoa Beach, Florida, following an illness of the past several months.
She was born March 10, 1934 in Johnsonburg, daughter of the late Anthony “Tony” and Mildred Aiello Asti.
She married Albert E. Fulton Jr. on Aug. 10, 1957 in Holy Rosary Church, Johhsonburg. He died Aug. 18, 1997.
She resided in Merritt Island for the past seven years. She was formerly of St. Marys and Warren. She graduated from Johnsonburg Area High School in 1952.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Hayes of Merritt Island, Florida; one granddaughter, Nicole Nuhfer of Pt. St. Lucie, Florida; two sisters, Dorothy Lindenmuth of Hesperia, California and Lucille Haight of St. Marys; and one brother, Julian “Bud” Asti and his wife Rita of St. Marys.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Albert E. Fulton III; two brothers, Frank “Gali” and Anthony “Butch” Asti; and four sisters, Theresa Croyle, Evelyn Danner, Frances Mecca and Mildred “Nan” Salter.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Delores F. Fulton will be conducted Monday, May 14 at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg. Officiating will be Rev. David J. Wilson, pastor. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg.
Friends will be received at the Anthony F. Ferragine Funeral Home, 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg, on Monday morning from 9 a.m. until service time at 10 a.m.
