Darlene Mainor

She was born May 11, 1955 in Natrona Heights, Pa., the daughter of Roy F. Mainor and Mary Vano. She had lived in the Sheffield area for 34 years.

Darlene had been employed at the Train Station and Loranger Manufacturing. She was a member of the Eagles Club, Clarendon VFW and Sheffield VFW.

She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church, Warren, Pa.

Darlene is survived by two sisters, Sheryl Lynn Mainor Spink, Russell, Rori Dawn Mainor Phinney (Terry), Sheffield and a brother Roy “Bud” Mainor, Warren. She is also survived by two nephews, Marc Mainor, Bowling Green, Ohio and Cody Phinney, Warren, and a niece, Ashley Mainor, Warren. In addition, she is survived by two greatnieces and two greatnephews. Also surviving are her beloved animals, Libby and Cat.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to place memorials may do so through the American Cancer Society or Paws Along the River.

Arrangements are being handled by the Borden Funeral Home, Sheffield.
