Martha Paris
Martha Hoden Paris 84, 27 Willow Street Sheffield, Pa. died unexpectedly at her residence Monday August 28, 2017. Martha was born June 9, 1933 in Sheffield , daughter of the late John and Mary Kowac Hoden. She was a graduate of Sheffield High School, and was a member of the Saint Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church in Sheffield.
Martha was married to the late William J. Paris Sr. in Warren on October 1, 1953. She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Paris and companion (Simo) Sheffield, William J. Paris Jr. (Trish) Warren, Veronica English (Paul), Kane, and Scott Paris (Holly) Sheffield, 8 Grand Children, 1 sister and 2 brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Saint Michaels Church, Sheffield, on Wednesday, August 30 at !0:00 am. Parastas will be held at 10:00 am and The Divine Liturgy will be at 11:00 am, with Father David Bosnich officiating.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Sheffield Food Pantry Back Pack for Kids. The Borden Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
