Eva Della Joann Titus
Eva Della Joann Titus, 73, of Warren, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at UPMC Hamot Medical Center of Erie, PA. Joann was born March 16, 1944, in Greenville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Joseph T. and Marian E. (Davenport) Brown.
Joann was a 1963 graduate of Reynolds High School in Mercer County. While living in Greenville, Joann worked with the American Scholar program and served as a house parent for foreign exchange students. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family. She was also a volunteer with the Chautauqua County Special Olympics.
She is survived by five children–Mary Jane Ferrie, and significant other, Tom Harriger, of Clarendon, PA, Roiann Hubert, and significant other, Vinnie Jacques, of Torrington, CT, Rebecca Whipple, and husband, William Whipple, Sr., Roy Leo Titus, Jr., and significant other, Courri Ferrie, of Polk, PA, and Greta Titus, and fiancÈ, Jamie Fike, of Warren, PA; 17 grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; three sisters–Elizabeth Bolster, and husband, Charles, Carol McDowell, and husband, Glenn, and Loretta Arnold, and husband, Boxey, all of Greenville, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death on November 22, 2005, by her husband, Roy Leo Titus, Sr., whom she married May 16, 1964, in Greenville, PA; grandson–Scott Roy Titus; and brother–Joseph T. Brown, Jr.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
