A funeral service for Edwin Carlton “Ace” Hughes, Jr., 85, of Sugar Grove who died Friday, May 26, 2017, at Warren Manor, was held at 2 pm Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Mission Covenant Church, Sugar Grove, with Pastor Brian Haight officiating and Rev. Daniel P. Landin coofficiating. Serving as Pallbearers for burial in Mission Covenant Cemetery were Thomas Hughes, Zachary Hughes, Graham Hughes, Paul Landin, Daniel Landin and Matthew Landin. The Sugar Grove Branch of McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc. were entrusted with the arrangements.
