Funeral and committal services for Katherine McGuckin Fazio, 93, of Blairsville, PA, and formerly of Warren, PA, who died on December 10, 2016, were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., Warren, PA., with Katherine’s nephew, Deacon Joseph Lucia, officiating. Serving as pallbearers for interment in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery were Katherine’s grandchildren, Krystal Nuhfer, Lon Nuhfer, James Fazio and Joseph Fazio. Full military honors were conducted by members of the U.S. Navy and the Clarendon/Sheffield V.F.W. Funeral Honor Guard.
