Priscilla Snyder

Priscilla L. Goodwill Snyder, 62, of Davis St. in Youngsville, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Warren Manor after a lifelong illness.

Priscilla was born on Oc-tober 2, 1952 at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, and was raised in North Warren, Pa. by the late Richard and Lorraine (Fitzpatrick) Goodwill. She worked at Blair for a number of years until the loss of her eyesight due to diabetic complications. She attend-ed the First United Metho-dist Church and was a member of the woman’s auxiliary at the Youngs-ville Vol. Fire Dept. Pris-cilla loved traveling, camp-ing at Red Oak Camp-ground and most of all, spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

Priscilla is survived by 2 daughters, Wendy (Dennis Soult) Snyder of Youngs-ville and Jennifer Snyder Dorman of Jamestown, N.Y.; a granddaughter, Bri-anna Fortman; her step-grandchildren, Cassi-dy Fortman and Kyle Fort-man; her siblings, Rick Goodwill of Jamestown, N.Y., Victoria (Al) Powell of Bemis Point, N.Y. and Brenda (Ted) Passmore of Warren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Priscilla was pre-ceded in death by her hus-band, Thomas A. Snyder, whom passed away on Sep-tember, 18, 2013 and also an infant brother.

Friends will be received on Sunday, April 12, at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 North Main St., in Youngs-ville from 2:00-4:00 pm at which time a funeral ser-vice will be held with the Rev. Ricky Nelson, pastor of the Evangelical United Methodist Church, officiat-ing. Burial will take place in Youngsville Cemetery.
