The holiday season can bring added stress for caregivers and individuals living with dementia. To help families prepare, the Warren Forest Higher Education Council (Hi-Ed) will offer "Holiday Tips for Caregivers" on Thursday, November 12, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Hi-Ed.
Led by Reyd Martin, Director of Resident Care at the Rosecliff by Rouse. This free class will explore strategies to simplify celebrations, manage expectations, and create meaningful experiences for everyone involved. The session is part of Hi-Ed's Alzheimer's Series.
Family members and caregivers are encouraged to attend and learn practical ways to approach the season with greater confidence and less stress.
