There is something happening all day long in downtown Warren on Saturday, October 3rd. Come downtown, shop locally, enjoy great food and drinks, participate in the activities, and celebrate fall with friends and family.
The Fall Festival continues to grow this year. The City of Warren, WCCBI, and Explore Downtown Warren, PA, have come together to make this festival a day of fun for all ages.
As downtown gets ready for the event, local businesses have created and displayed scarecrows outside their storefronts, inviting visitors to stroll through town and vote for their favorite. It's a free, walkable autumn activity and a fun way to explore downtown while supporting local businesses. The Scarecrow Contest will feature People's Choice Awards through October 4th.
