Warren City police officers are investigating a stolen vehicle incident which occurred early Sunday morning in the area of the 500 block of Prospect Street.
The vehicle was later recovered following a single-vehicle crash on Perimeter Road, just across the New York state line. According to witnesses at the scene of the crash, the driver fled the area on foot and was described as appearing to be in their mid-20s, with long brown hair and a blonde streak.
