The Warren County Commissioners are scheduled to meet today with a number of resolutions, agreements and other business on the agenda, including a proposed application for 2026 Community Development Block Grant funding and several agreements involving county services.
The public meeting is scheduled for noon.
The consent agenda includes proclamations recognizing the 150th anniversary of the Warren County Courthouse, Fire Prevention Week and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
One of the key items under new business will be Resolution 3331, which would authorize the submission of the county’s 2026 Community Development Block Grant funding application. Commissioners are also expected to consider Resolution No. 3332, which would authorize a grant writer to serve as a signatory.
The board is also scheduled to consider an agreement with The EADS Group related to a Farm Colony concept design, as well as a Bike Hike Trail Agreement.
Several agreements involving county services are also on the agenda. Those include agreements with Great Beginnings Daycare and CYS Day Care, an agreement for health services and the county’s 2026-2027 Medical Assistance Transportation Program agreement.
Commissioners are expected to consider a quote from Beacon Software Solutions, along with a repository tax bid and a quote for a 911 feasibility study.
Another significant item involves proposed settlement offers related to tax reassessment appeals involving the United Refining Company and Walmart.
The meeting agenda also includes an appointment to the Planning Commission, with commissioners expected to consider a submitted appointment request.
