‘More than a new name’

Harvest Market kickoff to celebrate rebrand

By JESSICA N. REX 3 min read

After celebrating 30 years in 2025, a new identity for the personal care home once known as The Suites at Rouse has been rebranded and will now go by Rosecliffe by Rouse.

The new name is Inspired by Rosecliffe Dairy, a well-known local dairy farm that operated in Irvine many years ago. It also reflects a renewed focus on helping people find not simply an apartment, but a place that feels like home.

In addition, rebranding the name also addresses longstanding confusion surrounding The Suites at Rouse. The previous name was sometimes mistaken for skilled nursing, traditional apartments, or a clinical setting. Rosecliff by Rouse more clearly communicates the distinctive lifestyle of the community which includes private apartments ranging in size from studios all the way to two bedroom suites, along with hospitality-based services such as meals and housekeeping; transportation, activities, wellness support, and 24-hour staff availability when needed.

"Rosecliff gives us an opportunity to tell our story more clearly and introduce our community to people in a way that reflects who we are," said Jessica Benjamin, administrator of Rosecliff by Rouse. "This relaunch is about more than a new name. It is about creating a welcoming community where people feel connected, supported, and at home. We are excited to share this next chapter with Warren County and the surrounding community."

In celebrating community and the brand relaunch, Rosecliff by Rouse will host its Harvest Markets every Thursday through Oct. 1, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at 615 Rouse Ave., Youngsville.

The six-week Harvest Market is free and open to both vendors and the community. Rouse hopes the markets will help expand access to fresh produce and local artisans while creating an opportunity for residents, families, neighbors, and community members to get together, talk, listen to live music, and enjoy time together.

"Our hope is that the Harvest Market becomes more than just a place to shop," said Benjamin. "We want it to be a place where people come together, discover local vendors, enjoy fresh food and live music, and simply spend time with one another. That sense of connection is at the heart of what Rosecliff is all about."

As organizers prepare for the kick off event this week, community members, team members and even residents are setting up stands to sell their products from produce and baked goods, homemade goods, to crafts, artisans, flowers, plants and more.

In hopes for an annual Harvest Market, Reyd Martin, Director of Resident Care pointed out that the event will provide additional access to such items throughout the county, conveniently taking place on Thursday evenings.

Vendors continue to be accepted and are encouraged to reach out to register for free by contacting Reyd Martin at info@rouse.org

A huge thank you to Warren Worx and ROY (Revitalization of Youngsville) for helping with grant money to hire live music acts and support the event.

While the name and identity are changing, the trusted Rouse organization, staff, leadership, and commitment to residents remain the same.

Proudly nonprofit since 1862, Rouse remains committed to serving people and reinvesting in the community. Rosecliff by Rouse represents the next chapter in that long history of service.
