Employees Mikayla Maxwell and Cierra Lynn dropped off fresh, house-made meals to the Divergent Food Ministry.

Customer appreciation month was a big success at The Arbor Coffee House in downtown Warren.

The Pay it Forward campaign, in partnership with many local businesses and generous individuals, culminated with a final count of 236 drinks purchased for teachers, 287 for first responders and 212 meals donated to the Divergent Food Ministry. Although the contribution window has closed for this campaign, numerous tickets remain in shop for teachers and first responders to stop by the shop for a free drink purchased for them by supportive community members.

Owners Aaron and Salysa Burdick hope to bring back this new campaign annually to honor and support some of our hardest working community members.

“Pay it Forward event, it was really great to be able to host and offer that platform for the community to pay for drinks for Teachers and First Responders and purchase meals for the Divergent Food Ministry,” Aaron Burdick said.

Starting at $3.50/week.
