Warren Junior Music Club’s to perform Sunday
The Warren Philomel Little Bach Club recently performed for the residents of the Watson Home. Performers included Emma Hughes, Allie Bussoletti, Maddie Bussoletti and Libbey VanHouten.
Several musical pieces were recently performed at the Watson Home and include “Imagine” (by John Lennon) and “Swan Lake” (by Tchaikovsky) both by Emma Hughes.
Allie Bussoletti performed “Sonatina in C” (by Frank Lynes) and “Musette” (by Bach). Maddie Bussoletti performed “The Music of the Night” (by Andrew Lloyd Webber) and “Allegro in B flat” (by Mozart). Libbey VanHouten performed “Humming Song” (by Schumann) and “Diamonds on the Water” (by Wynn-Anne Rossi).
Junior Little Bach and Junior Philomel are the youth divisions of the Warren Philomel Club. The Philomel Club promotes music learning and performance in Warren County. Monthly meetings are held from September to May. The Philomel Club also provides scholarships to many.
To be a member of the Little Bach or Junior Philomel, musicians must audition before a committee. Little Bach is for those in sixth through ninth grades and Junior Philomel is for those in 10th through 12th grades.

Their next performance will be Sunday, March 8, at 2 p.m. at the Women’s Club.
