Four Pack 13 Cub Scouts earned their Arrow of Light rank recently. The Arrow of Light is the highest rank within the Cub Scouts program. The ceremony was also celebrating the founding of scouting in February 1910. Pictured are Felix Wilcox, Den Leader Olivia Zapel, Zachary Wygant, Grayson Zapel and Paiton Stewart.
