Warren man jailed on corruption of minors charge

A Warren man has been jailed on $50,000 bail after being charged with one felony and three misdemeanors on Tuesday.

Joshua M. Baumgratz, 33, of Warren was charged by the the State Police at Warren with third-degree felony corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above, misdemeanor indecent assault person less than 13 years of age, misdemeanor indecent assault forcible compulsion and second-degree misdemeanor indecent assault without consent of the other person on Tuesday.

Bamugratz was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Raymnd Zydonik, who set bail at $50,000. Baumgratz was taken to the county jail until he can post bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in front of Zydonik on Jan. 21.
