Commissioner Kenneth Klakamp will continue to serve as chair, Commissioner Tricia Durbin as vice chair and Commissioner Daniel Glotz as secretary.
During the meeting, the commissioners recognized two county employees for their years of service.
Michael Lion was recognized for his service in the probation department and wished well as he prepared to move on to the next chapter of his career.
“We wish you the best as you move forward with the next chapter of your life,” Glotz said.

The commissioners also recognized Randy Ickert for 29 years of service with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, thanking him for his dedication to the county and wishing him success in retirement.
“We wish you the best in your future endeavors,” Glotz said.
Two proclamations were adopted. One recognized PA 211, a federally designated phone number that provides residents with access to non-emergency health and human services.
The service, supported locally by the United Fund of Warren County, connects residents with housing, health, and disaster-related resources and serves nine counties in northwest Pennsylvania. Commissioners encouraged residents to use the service as an easy way to access critical community resources.
The second proclamation declared January 25 through January 31, 2026, as School Choice Week in Warren County, emphasizing the importance of educational options and recognizing the role of educators in preparing students for future success.
Under new business, the commissioners approved an agreement with Jamestown Site Psychiatric Services to continue providing medically assisted treatment for inmates at the county jail, a program required by state regulations and supported through opioid settlement funding.
They also approved the renewal of the 911 Statewide Interconnectivity Grant in the amount of $27,013.54, which will be used for system maintenance and GIS mapping.
The commissioners renewed an annual agreement with the firm Sammartino, Stout & Lopresti to assist the county with commercial property assessment appeals.
In addition, the board approved a resolution allocating $139,778 in 2026 liquid fuels funding to county municipalities for road maintenance and bridge inspections.
They also approved a resolution authorizing a Tax Anticipation Note for 2026 to serve as a financial safety net during the early months of the year. Officials said they do not anticipate needing to use the note but consider it an important precaution.
