WCCBI names next CEO and president
Antoinetta “Netta” Lindell
A new president and chief executive officer has been named by the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry.
Antoinetta “Netta” Lindell, a lifelong Warren County resident, will be taking the position on Jan. 1.
In a Facebook post, the WCCBI said Lindell “brings a unique and powerful combination of corporate leadership, business development expertise, and firsthand small-business ownership experience to the organization.” The appointment follows a comprehensive search by the organization to find a leader committed to strengthening the region’s economic future.
“It has been my honor to serve the Warren County Chamber and entire community for the past three decades,” said outgoing CEO/President Jim Decker. “I look forward with great confidence to seeing the organization and community continue to grow and prosper under Netta’s leadership, as she brings a well-balanced background spanning corporate as well as small business management and ownership, and a personal love and commitment to Warren County.”
In accepting the role, Lindell expressed enthusiasm for the chamber’s future initiatives. “This is an exciting moment for WCCBI as we continue to support our business community while also investing in the long-term vitality of our neighborhoods through initiatives like Warren Worx,” Lindell stated. “Together, we will create new opportunities and ensure that WCCBI is an organization where membership is essential, not optional.”
WCCBI said Lindell’s career is marked by a focus on effective team development, operational improvement, and long-term business growth. She spent more than a decade in Sales and Business Development roles at TitanX Engine Cooling, where she managed major customer accounts, led cross-functional teams, and supported strategic sales and operational initiatives across North America.
She later served as Director of Business & Employee Relations at Crossett Inc., where she oversaw key business development activities, managed logistics operations, and supported company-wide employee programs. Through these roles, she gained broad experience in strategic planning, budget management, and building strong relationships with employers throughout the region.
Adding to her corporate experience, Lindell is a successful entrepreneur and small business owner, owning Chloe’s Creamery and the former Ekey Marketplace. This dual background — corporate leadership and small-business ownership — uniquely positions her to understand and advocate for businesses of all sizes throughout Warren County, giving her firsthand insight into their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Lindell is engaged in community and regional development efforts. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Audubon Community Nature Center, where she is Secretary and serves on the Finance and Governance Committees. She was also the original Race Director for the Run for R.O.A.R., a local 5K race benefiting revitalization efforts in Russell and Akeley.
Lindell holds three degrees from Penn State Behrend: a Bachelor of Science in International Business, a Bachelor of Science in Management, and an MBA. She lives in Warren with her son, Cameron, and is proud to call Warren County home.
