The former Blair headquarters on Hickory Street will go to auction in December.

The starting bid on the building is $10,000, according to Crexi, the firm marketing the building. It had been marketed for sale starting at $1.2 million. The 282,815 square foot building is zoned commercial and comes with 211 parking spaces, a location near parking lots on West Third and Fourth avenues as well as four loading docks.

The property hosts three levels, featuring a mix of maintenance areas, executive offices, a call center with cubicles, a fitness room and a cafeteria. Since it was built the building has been modernized over the years with amenities that include multiple power centers, renovated HVAC systems and advanced security features like a secure data room and sprinkler system. The building also includes a 47-seat amphitheater.

Blair Corporation’s Corporate Headquarters located in the city of Warren, PA. The building houses the company’s electronic data management, marketing and order entry operations. It’s built upon the site of several of Blair’s original buildings that were destroyed by fire in 1933. The company’s operations resumed within 10 days of the fire, and a new building was erected to house the company within a year.

The three-story office building at 220 Hickory Street on the corner of West Third Avenue was built in 1934 and designed by Buffalo, N.Y., architectural firm Bley & Lyman. The architects were instructed to design a strictly fireproof structure after the previous Blair headquarters was destroyed by fire and did $500,000 damage to the entire block of Hickory Street.

Starting at $3.50/week.
