Tackling the Warren County, Pennsylvania branding initiative, which began as an idea in 2023, was no small feat.
Jenny Phillips became Warren Worx marketing director and it was off to the races. Just over a year later after her hiring and with the initiative reaching fruition, it was time this week for the unveiling during an event at Cable Hollow Golf Club that brought city and county leaders, business owners and county residents together.
Presented by Warren Worx, Wednesday evening’s Warren County Brand launch party pointed to four touchstones – culture, economy, nature and vitality – being utilized in the county wide effort to retain and regrow the county’s residential population, draw in new businesses, experience vast natural areas and revitalization efforts in the quest to make Warren County Pennsylvania “The Place to Become.”
The place to become what, people may ask? The answers include a visitor, a resident, a family, a college student or a business owner. Whatever one wishes to become, the possibilities are endless, according to Warren Worx officials, and Warren Worx was created to show people how to “become.”

In agreement with Kopko, Warren Mayor David Wortman said, “This is a bold and innovative path we’re on,” adding, “Tonight we are taking a huge step in our city, our county and our region. Our time is now to invest in, and strengthen our future.”
For Phillips, it was about more than just reaching the finish line. It has been about promoting the place she lives and grew up in.
“We want the younger population to come in,” said Phillips. To those who have left Warren County, she continued “You can come back and thrive.”
Working together to market the Warren County brand, Phillips invited everyone to “band together to figure out how to get people and businesses here.” Announcing that the new Warren County website, also created by Forest Line Media Group, had launched and was live, Phillips believes the website will become a driving force to get people to understand what is available in Warren County.
