Charges withdrawn against N.Y. woman
Charges have been withdrawn against a Randolph, N.Y., woman accused in November of abuse of a care dependent person.
The charge against Tiffany T. Keyes, 28, was withdrawn Thursday during Plea Court proceedings in the Court of Common Pleas. Judge Gregory Hammond presided over the proceedings.
Three cases have been set to go to trial later this year with jury selection beginning this week.
Dylan W. Brown of Painesville, Ohio, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 8 with recklessly endangering another person from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Columbus Township. Jury selection was scheduled to begin Monday in the Court of Common Pleas in front of Judge Maureen Skerda with a trial scheduled to begin Oct. 24.
Donald L. McCulla, 41, of Warren was charged with aggravated assault – attempts to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference, a class 1 felony; simple assault and harassment Jan. 12 by Warren city police officers for an incident Jan. 11 in the city of Warren. Jury selection is scheduled to begin today with a trial scheduled for Oct. 3.
Jury selection is to begin Tuesday in the case of Ronald J. Brown, who had been charged in July 2023 with misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment. A settlement conference has been scheduled for Oct. 17 with a trial scheduled to begin Oct. 29 in front of Judge Hammond.
