Warren County’s Victim Impact Panel (VIP) once again provided community outreach and sold basket raffle tickets during this year’s fair for continued funding of their scholarship program. Each year one senior student from each high school in the Warren County School District is awarded a scholarship from the VIP. Scholarship winners are chosen by the panel for written essays submitted by district applicants. Applications for the 2025-26 school year will be provided to high school guidance counselors in the district by February 2026.
