The Warren County Victim Impact Panel has awarded scholarships to six seniors from area schools recognizing their commitment to leadership, being a positive role model and remaining drug and alcohol free.

The 2025 scholarship recipients, and the colleges they will attend, are: Gracie Tomassoni, Jamestown Community College; Grady Corey, Mercyhurst University; Peyton Kellogg, Houghton University; Maddison Connolly, University of Pittsburgh at Bradford; Lauren Zahner, Gannon University; and Taylor Tuttle, Penn State University

Each year, the Victim Impact Panel selects one deserving student from each high school within the Warren County School District. However, due to recent school consolidations, the panel noted that future scholarship selections may require restructuring to reflect the district’s changes.

James Leonard served as the evening’s presenter, congratulating the winners and commending their efforts in standing strong against peer pressure and setting a positive example for their classmates.

To qualify for the scholarship, students must meet a series of eligibility criteria: be a senior in the Warren County School District, have an official acceptance letter to a college or trade school since scholarship checks are made payable directly to the institution, demonstrate leadership, positive peer influence and maintain a lifestyle free from drugs and alcohol.

For questions or more information about the scholarship program, contact Monica L. Prowitt, Collections Officer and Victim Impact Coordinator.

Starting at $3.50/week.
