Clarkball a big hit in Tidioute

Clarkball returned recently to Tidioute with 12 teams and more than 100 players participating in the tournament.

Food trucks, vendors, and fans were on hand to enjoy watching the competition on a gorgeous fall day in Warren County.

The winning team was Bigs, which defeated The Bomb Squad in the finals 7-6. Derek Reagle’s walk-off hit allowed Mikey Garrett from third base to score.

Andrew Morrison was the tournament MVP, receiving the prestigious Golden Squirrel Award.

“We were able to donate $800 to Johns Hopkins for Sarcoma research in Vinnie Massa’s name, and the event was a success for Clarkball, LLC, the business,” said founder Clark Thomas.

With the event’s success, Thomas said he will be planning community events more consistently with Clarkball LLC.
