The annual “Touch A Truck” event is set for this Saturday at Betts Park.

The event is sponsored by the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center.

JDFC Executive Director Melinda Johnson called the event “a family fun day for children of all ages to explore, learn and interact with vehicles of all types and sizes.”

The event starts at 9 a.m. with a VIP hour with $10 tickets. Children under two are free.

That’s followed with free hours with donations welcome from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
