Weber selected as next county school superintendent
The Warren County School District is set to select Gary Weber as its next superintendent.
An item on the school board’s digital agenda platform includes a suggested motion for a special meeting that is scheduled for Monday evening.
That motion states “that the Board of School Directors appoint Gary Weber as District Superintendent for a five-year term, effective March 2, 2024, with the understanding that a formal employment agreement will be presented for adoption at a subsequent meeting.
He’ll replace Amy Stewart, who will be retiring effective March 1.
Weber is currently the district’s director of administrative support services, a position that effectively serves as Stewart’s top lieutenant.
