Paula’s Promise recently donated 17 chemo comfort bags to the Warren General Hospital Cancer Care Center.
The bags contained electric blankets and other items to be given to patients at the cancer center.
“These gifts will go a long way in helping patients and reminding them that no one fights alone,” according to a WGH release on the donation.
Erie County-based Paula’s Promise, the Paula S. Cousins Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer Foundation Inc., donates bags across northwestern Pennsylvania for those with any form of cancer.
