Kinzua Ridge Runners compete in state horse show

Photos provided to the Times Observer The Kinzua Ridge Runners 4-H Club had four members compete in the Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show in Harrisburg last month. Starrlin Slack came home as the 2023 hunter under saddle champions and sixth in English grooming and showmanship intermediate exhibitor. Bristol Holden took the state title in cutback horse junior rider and also received a Reserve Champion award in raised box keyhole junior rider. Hialeah Stanton placed third in miniature in hand trail class - senior exhibitor and fifth in miniature driving senior driver and senior grooming and showmanship. Stanton also competed in the ground roping contest, taking second in her age group. Also attending the state show for the first time was Zoey VanOrd.
