Four local boys soar to Eagle rank in scouting

Four local Scouts attained Eagle rank in 2021.

The Chief Cornplanter Council BSA recognized 2021 Eagle Scouts Eric Pierson, Brady Etter, John Page, and Alex Zariczny.

Scouts and their families attended the 69th annual Scout Recognition Dinner at the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Warren Lodge 223.

The featured speaker was Eagle Scout Alex Watkins, who is Scoutmaster of Troop 13 in North Warren, who spoke about how becoming an Eagle Scout has had many positive impacts on his life.

Watkins challenged the 2021 Eagle class to make a positive and lasting impact on the world.

Each Eagle Scout was presented with a certificate from the Elks Club, and a patch and a challenge coin from the Chief Cornplanter Council in recognition of their achievements.
