One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against five during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Leonard D. Windsor, 37, Bradford, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, no rear lights and driving on a suspended license. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving without a license were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Darren T. Jones, 26, Jamestown, NY. Jones had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Olivia K. South, 21, Jamestown, NY. South had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ William L. Tillman, 32, Warren. Tillman had been charged with theft by unlawful taking. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Juan M. Velasco Sosa, Jamestown, NY. Sosa had been charged with retail theft.

¯ Jessica Velasco, 37, Jamestown, NY. Velasco had been charged with retail theft and nine counts of defiant trespass. A count of retail theft was waived for court.
