Long-time real estate business under new ownership

A long-standing Warren business is under new ownership.

After 22 years, Howard Hanna Daley is now Howard Hanna Professionals.

On Wednesday, Dennis Pezzimenti and Stephen Holt held a grand re-opening at the real estate office on Third Avenue in Warren.

“We’ve been talking to the Daleys for several years,” Pezzimenti said. “The Daleys decided it was time to retire. We saw an opportunity to step in.”

They liked what the office had to offer. “We’ve got some great agents here,” he said.

The faces aren’t changing very much.

“We’ve brought in one new agent,” Pezzimenti said. “All the other agents have stayed on and are looking forward to working with us.”

“We’re going to expand their horizons,” he said.

While the new managing brokers are not doing much to change the personnel, they are looking to make other changes.

Holt said the team will benefit from a technology upgrade.

“We have a really strong technology platform,” he said.

The new leaders, who combined their separate entities into one in 2017, cover more ground than the Daleys did.

“We own offices from here to Wellsboro,” he said. “We’re based in Olean.”
