Two guilty pleas and four not guilty pleas were entered during arraignment and change of plea court earlier this week.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Andrew S. Beatty, 35, Titusville, Pa., to DUI and operation on private property without consent. Charges of DUI and driving on a suspended/revoked license were not prosecuted.

¯ Jason A. Seybert, 43, Youngsville, to retail theft. Charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

¯ Travis L. McIntyre, 41, Youngsville. McIntyre has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.

¯ Andrew W. Raybuck, 60, Warren. Raybuck has been charged with two counts of DUI, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Bryan C. Steele, 39, Warren. Steele has been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and harassment.

¯ Andrew A. Wright, 34, Titusville, Pa. Wright has been charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving license suspended DUI-related and driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended.
