Pleas are entered in county court
Judge Gregory Hammond accepted the following pleas on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.
¯ Michael J. Brncik, 51, Garland, to two counts of theft. Charges of theft and persons not to possess firearms were not prosecuted.
¯ Michael J. Cummings, 48, Clarendon, to DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic. An additional count of DUI was not prosecuted.
¯ John M. Duncan, 49, Endeavor, Pa., to criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Charges of burglary and theft were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Duncan pled guilty to an additional count of theft.
¯ Charles R. Earls, 49, Spartansburg, Pa., to aggravated assault and resisting arrest. An additional count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted.
¯ Brandon J. Fox, 29, Tidioute, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of criminal use of a communications facility, possessing an instrument of crime and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
¯ Matthew T. Fox, 25, Irvine, to DUI and careless driving while charges of DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
¯ Tracy A. Grant, 53, Warren, to false identification to law enforcement and public drunkenness while charges of false reports to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
¯ Valerie A. Kiser, 30, Warren, to disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment. Two counts of simple assault and one of disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
¯ Christopher A. Phillps, 32, Warren, to charges at two dockets. At one he pled guilty to DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving while charges of DUI, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and follow too closely were not prosecuted. Phillips pled guilty at a second docket to charges of DUI, accident with attended damage to vehicle or property and careless driving while charges of DUI, restriction on alcoholic beverages and reckless driving were not prosecuted.
¯ Levi F. Reedy. 27, Corry, to possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Eryn B. Sharp, 29, East Hickory, Pa., to retail theft.
¯ Edward C. Thornton, 42, Sugar Grove, to charges at three dockets. At one he pled guilty to flight to avoid apprehension, accident with damage to attended vehicle or property, DUI, driving license suspended DUI related and careless driving while charges of DUI, reckless driving, duty to give information and render aid, fail to notify police of an accident and possession of marijuana were not prosecuted. At a second, he pled guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude police, drivers license suspended DUI related, failure to stop at red signal and obedience to traffic control devices while charges of period for requiring lighted lamps, reckless driving, two stop sign violations, duty of driver on approach of emergency vehicle, driving vehicle at safe speed, two counts of obedience to traffic control devices and careless driving were not prosecuted. At a third, he pled guilty to DUI and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked while charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
¯ Scott W. Wagner, 45, Warren, to public drunkenness while charges of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted. At a second docket, he pled guilty to terroristic threats and public drunkenness while a count of possessing an instrument of crime was not prosecuted.
