Pleas entered in county court

The following pleas were entered before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Monday afternoon.

¯ Amanda D. Brown, Sheffield, to DUI: Controlled substance -- impaired ability -- first offense, driving while license suspended or revoked and careless driving. Charges of operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and fail to carry registration were not prosecuted.

¯ Daniel L. Lester, Pittsfield, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol -- first offense and careless driving. An additional count of DUI was not prosecuted.

¯ Tomas K. Manglona, Erie, Pa., to DUI: Controlled substance -- impaired ability -- first offense and driving while license suspended or revoked. A count of firearms not to be carried without a license was not prosecuted.

¯ Kaylee N. Smith, Clarendon, to resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Charges of propulsion of missiles onto roadways, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

¯ Wanda L. Streit, Sheffield, to retail theft.
