Tuesday was this year’s primary election. Returns are not anticipated to be available by deadline but the Times Observer will be posting the outcome online when available and in a story in Thursday’s Times Observer. Approximately 1,500 mail-in ballots were received as of Tuesday morning. These individuals were sworn in by Commissioner Ben Kafferlin to prepare those ballots for counting.
