Search of Allegheny River continues in missing person cases

Search resources out of New York State are on the Allegheny River today in connection with two missing persons cases.
City of Warren Police Capt. Jeff Dougherty said Wednesday's effort will focus on the area between Betts Park and Point Park.
He said the New York State Police Underwater Recovery Team will be using a sonar unit and divers and that the Jamestown Police Department's drone team will also assist in the effort.
John Christopher Nelson was last seen on Feb. 5 and Nicole Lee Font was last seen on March 14.
Police have maintained throughout the investigation that the cases appear to be unrelated and that there is no suspected foul play.
