There are five new cases, no new deaths, and, for the first time in months, there were no cases at Warren General Hospital.
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Health, there have been 2,214 total cases in the county so far. Of those, 1,786 are confirmed and 428 are probables.
There have been more than 8,000 negative tests in the county so far.
The death toll held at 98.
The department reports the number of hospitalizations in each county. For the first time since at least mid-December, when the Times Observer began tracking that number, there were no COVID patients at the hospital, according to Tuesday's report.
That report was a little behind.
According to Chief Nursing Officer Joe Akif, there hasn't been a COVID patient in the hospital for about a week.
There had been at least one and up to seven through February, according to the department. None of those patients were ever reported as being on ventilators nor in intensive care. In January, there were as many as 33 COVID-positive patients in the hospital, but there were only a few days on which a patient needed a ventilator. There weren't as many patients in December as there were in January - topping out at 24 - but those patients had more serious needs. There were times when six patients were on ventilators and according to the Dec. 26 report, there were six in intensive care.
The department considers cases that do not result in deaths to be recovered after 30 days.
By that calculation, there could be as many as 140 active cases in the county. About 4.5 percent of COVID cases in the county have proven fatal.
A total of 2,741 county residents are fully covered, having received both doses of a two-dose vaccine. Another 2,610 have received one dose and are partially covered, according to the department.
