Warren man charged with aggravated assault
A Warren man has been charged with aggravated assault after holding a blade to a woman’s throat during a domestic dispute.
Kyle J. Riker, 21, of Warren, is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, City of Warren Police responded to a domestic dispute after 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19.
An alleged victim told police Riker held the blade of a box cutter “to her throat.”
Riker was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Raymond Zydonik and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for 3 p.m., Dec. 2.
