DOJ unseals indictment in Grand Valley meth trafficking operation

Federal authorities have broken up a suspected methamphetamine distribution rings that was operating out of “The Farm” in Warren County.

The indictments, unsealed on Thursday by U.S. Scott Brady, charge 16 individuals.

Brady indicated that the methamphetamine recovered is “Mexican cartel meth” with a hither purity “than what we used to see.”

He revealed that the operation was run by Carina Tucker, 31, 116 W. Walnut St., Titusville, and her boyfriend, Gail Flick, Jr., 47, 150 Depot St., Garland. They operated the organization, Brady said, out of a residence in Grand Valley known as “The Farm.”

Investigators say that “The Farm” is located at 530 Hunter School Rd.

“Our job remains the same… to keep you and your loved ones safe,” Brady said in a Thursday press conference at the Pennsylvania State Police Troop E Headquarters. “We will continue to fight and dismantle drug organizations that seek to harm our communities and our loved ones.”
