Pleas entered this week

Several pleas were entered before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following guilty pleas were entered:

¯ Chevy A. Haskins, Warren, to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obedience to traffic control devices, careless driving and operating a vehicle without valid inspection while charges of recklessly endangering another person, duties at stop sign, turning movements and required signals, driving at safe speed and reckless driving were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Haskins pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility while charges of possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and two counts of possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

¯ Jacob Kiser, Warren, to firearm not to be carried without a license and DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense while charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and no rear lights were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Kiser pled guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — second offense and reckless driving while charges of resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person, careless driving and driving at safe speed were not prosecuted.

¯ James L. Lindsay, Jamestown, Pa., to make/repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons.

Michael L. Fredericks, Warren, pled no contest to a count of harassment. A count of terroristic threats was not prosecuted.
