Pleas entered in Warren County Court

The following pleas were entered before Judge Gregory Hammond during change of plea proceedings on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Thomas J. Byers, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense. A count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving was not prosecuted.

¯ Jarred E. Danielson, Pittsfield, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — third offense and careless driving. Charges of GUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving and disregard traffic lane were not prosecuted.

¯ Jared A. Kusiak, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, exceed maximum speed limits and restraint systems. Charges of careless driving and DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense were not prosecuted.

¯ Benjamin D. Thomas, Warren, to DUI: Controlled substance — first offense, corruption of minors and possession of a controlled substance. Charges of possess small amount/distribute not sell, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and notice of change of name or address were not prosecuted.

¯ Thomas J. Valentine, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Douglas S. Lawson, Jr., Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and careless driving. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana — small amount personal use and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked were not prosecuted while a count of endangering the welfare of children had previously been withdrawn.

¯ Adria M. Olson, Warren, to charges at two dockets. At one, Olson pled guilty to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, simple assault, resisting arrest, loitering and prowling at night time and careless driving while charges of criminal trespass — break into structure, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, disorderly conduct, harassment and driving and unregistered vehicle were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Olson pled guilty to criminal mischief — damage property while a count of criminal mischief — damage property was not prosecuted.

¯ Sarah J. Phillips, Warren, to charges at three dockets. At one, Phillips pled guilty to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property while charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense, disregard traffic lane and reckless driving were not prosecuted. At the second docket, Philips pled guilty to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with refusal — second offense while a count of public drunkenness was not prosecuted. At the third docket, Phillips pled guilty to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — third offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic, duties of driver in an emergency response area and careless driving while charges of disregard traffic lane, follow too closely and careless driving were not prosecuted.
