BEI artwork available for purchase

Times Observer photo by Josh Cotton Several pieces of art from artists at Bollinger Enterprise are now on display for purchase at White Cane Coffee in Warren. From left, Erin Willman, owner of White Cane Coffee, and Jennifer Kilburn and Dr. William Clark with BEI show off some of that work.

The reach of the artistic abilities of the clients of Bollinger Enterprises (BEI) continues to expand.

Commissioned paintings have been delivered to Warren General Hospital and Targeted Pet Treats.

Now, the work of some of those artists is available for purchase at White Cane Coffee on the corner of Third Ave. and Conewango Ave.

BEI Executive Director Dr. Bill Clark said they started talking with White Cane Coffee and owner Erin Willman five or six months ago about a broader partnership.

Those efforts have been thwarted by the COVID-19 pandemic — Clark said the artists would have come to present the art to White Cane Coffee but can’t because BEI remains closed — but he said that Willman was “more than willing” to allow the art to be put on display for purchase in the shop.

The artists for the pieces delivered on Friday morning include Chris Brown, Samantha Miller, Scott Pettit, Rosetta Cramer, Andrew McCanna, Jennifer Kersey and Michael Hahn.

Jennifer Kilburn, art instructor at BEI, said two additional commissioned paintings with Targeted Pet Treats are in the works.

Superior Tire and Whirley Drinkworks! have also reached out to commission artwork from the artists.

Clark said they remain open to individuals and businesses who may want to collaborate with them on a commissioned art work.
