Bail revoked for accused drug dealer from Youngsville

Bail for an accused Warren County drug dealer has been revoked.

Dustin E. Jordan, 18, of Youngsville, was charged in January with two counts of possession with intent to deliver; two counts of criminal use of a communications facility; and two county of endangering the welfare of children.

“Mr. Jordan is a drug dealer,” District Attorney Rob Greene said. “He posted ($40,000 bail) relatively quickly.

“Once he gets out, he decides he’s going to continue to sell drugs,” added Greene.

Jordan was arrested again in April for possession with intent to deliver; resisting arrest; and several other charges.

Warren County President Judge Maureen Skerda said Jordan’s bail was contingent upon him not receiving any new charges.

“There are new charges. The new charges are the same type of criminal offense,” she said. “On that basis, bail is revoked.”
