State Police search for Kwik Fill armed robbery suspects

State police continue to search for brothers suspected of an armed robbery on March 17 at Sugar Grove Kwik Fill.

According to Warren-based state police, warrants have been issued for Joshua P. Jacoby, 20, and Aaron M. Jacoby, 19, both of Sugar Grove. Both had been employees of the convenience store.

Aaron Jacoby is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; robbery — threat of immediate bodily injury; and robbery — take property by force; and Joshua Jacoby faces those charges plus a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

They are suspected to be in the Buffalo, N.Y., area and state and federal task forces are assisting in the search.

The brothers, wearing hoods and masks, allegedly threatened employees with a knife and gained access to the cash register before fleeing on foot. Police said they were identified by video photos from the scene.
